At OpenWorldPen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your product within 30 days of receipt. Here are the details of our return policy :

Return conditions
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Returns must include all accessories, manuals and documentation.
Personalised products or special offers are not eligible for return.
Return process

Receive a returns number: We will send you a returns number and instructions on how to proceed.
Return the item: Pack your product carefully and send it to the address given in our reply.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method once we have received and inspected the returned item.
The original shipping costs will not be refunded unless there is an error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same process as for a return and then place a new order.
